We are committed to being a true independent third party consultant to aid in distressed asset evaluation, plan of action formation, management, and disposition. Our team is actively soliciting relationships with financial institutions in Southern California to aid in all aspects in managing their distressed asset portfolios. We are familiar with the judicial and non-judicial foreclosure processes and are capable of servicing an asset while it remains in the lender’s collateral, despite the timing and constraints associated with either path.
